IS BOTANIC + TERRE THE RIGHT SUBSCRIPTION FOR ME?

We curate care packages that only provides all natural/organic beauty products.  If you are interested in discovering products that are all natural/organic then Botanic+Terre is the box for you!

 

ARE BOTANIC + TERRE PRODUCTS NATURAL/ORGANIC/HYPOALLERGENIC?

Most of the products we feature are natural, organic, wildcrafted and hypoallergenic. Before subscribing, mention in the instruction box you have an allergy or would like to avoid certain ingredients.

 

WHAT PRODUCTS WILL BE FEATURED IN BOTANIC + TERRE?

We only provide the finest, high quality all natural/organic beauty products. Most of the contents of the bi-monthly package are always on our "Inside the box" page on the website. We list the full description and list of ingredients of each product. For every beauty package expect to receive 3-4 beauty items ranging from make-up, skincare, body care and hair care. 

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US OR CANADA?

Yes we do! Check below for countries we ship to. All shipping is FREE to US and Canada, with subscriptions only, when you select Standard Shipping (tracking number not included). Store purchases $40+ will receive free shipping. If you would like a tracking number with your package, there is a cost of 9.99. We recommend a tracking number so if your package is lost or delayed we can locate it. International shipping is 21.99 with tracking number included. We are not responsible for lost packages and therefore cannot issue a refund or credit.

WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP OUT?

Boxes ship out between the 1st-5th of the month. 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BOX TO ARRIVE?

USA shipping will take 7-14 days to arrive. For international shipping it can take 16-20 days to arrive. There are times when a box will be caught up at a sorting facility for 2-3 days. If you paid for tracking and your tracking shows no movement of the box, please email us and we will be happy to help.

 

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

There are no hidden fees. All you have to pay is your monthly subscription fee + a shipping cost if you paid for a tracking number.


DO YOU ACCEPT ALL CARDS?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Your first Botanic+Terre box is charged when you sign up and future boxes are charged on the 15th of the month, which means 2 weeks before boxes ship out for the new month. (Example: Boxes are shipped July 1st-5th for the July box. You will be charged June 15th to reserve your box, since we only accept a limited amount of subscribers. Once payment is processed, your box is reserved for you.)

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

To change or update your billing or shipping information, please send us a message to inform us of any changes. 

NOTE: Please update all billing and shipping information by the 1st of the month to prevent any delay in the shipment.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOTANIC + TERRE SUBSCRIPTION? 

You can cancel or request to put your bi-monthly subscription on hold by sending us a message. Please note: to have your bi-monthly subscription cancelled/hold, you must contact us 10 days before your subscription renewal date is due. If you request cancellation/hold after the 10 days, it will take effect the next new month. All subscriptions are non-refundable. Promotional codes used to subscribe or purchases made in online store are non-refundable.
